Our focus at Trinity Christian School is to enrich
the whole student. We offer a variety of extra-curricular activities to help
student learn the value of working faithfully and diligently.
Fine arts and athletic programs are geared to building social skills, fostering
team play, and teaching the challenges and benefits of competition and performance.
Beginning in the fifth grade, students can participate in girls and boys basketball.
On the secondary level, students can compete in soccer, volleyball, basketball,
cross-country, and track and field, with high school level athletics being
part of the WPIAL association. Coaches are recruited to teach fundamental skills
while emphasizing good sportsmanship and Christ-like character development.
Opportunities to get involved in creative activities are many at Trinity Christian
School: dram and musical productions, band and choir performances, and a quality
fine arts program. Students who participate in student council learn leadership
skills and build positive friendships.
Athletics, music, theater and student organizations are just some of the ways
we teach children to acquire discipline through drills, practice, teamwork,
and mutual support. Involving children in dynamic activities outside the classroom
produces healthier and more productive adults.
