Students at Trinity Christian School are provided the tools for a lifetime of learning by means of a well-rounded, God-centered curriculum. The Christian classical approach to education is used and is based on the foundation of the reformed biblical world-view.
The Saxon Math curriculum uses an incremental approach to math, starting with a clearly designed, hands-on program for kindergarten through third grade. In the middle grades, students are guided successfully from the basics to pre-algebra. The secondary school math program is fully integrated, covering algebra through calculus with mathematical analysis.
The Scott Foresman Reading Street program is used in grades K-2 to teach phonics and reading. This program also integrates spelling and grammar and is compatible with the Zaner-Blozer handwriting system used in these grades.
Greenleaf History Series
History comes alive to students, starting in the first grade. The Greenleaf History curriculum offers a thorough approach to world history, emphasizing historical facts while teaching good moral character, stressing the study of famous people through biographies.
Honors programs in physics, advanced mathematics and calculus as well as advanced placement in U.S. History are offered to help equip curious minds with the tools needed to pursue life-long learning.
